For the 2023-2024 school year all students entering the seventh grade must have the following immunizations prior to the start of the first day of school: Tdap vaccine (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) and MCV4 (meningococcal vaccine). Please remember this is the law in the state of Georgia.
Documentation of GA Immunization Form 3231 must be given to the school by
August 2, 2023.
